COVID-19 Update

Dear Cliffs Guests and Friends, 
We, at The Cliffs, are happy to welcome you to our property, and keep you apprised of our current offerings in light of COVID-19 and the governments mandates and directives. Our hotel is open, as it is considered an essential business and we are committed to providing a safe and healthy place for our guests and employees.
We have made ongoing initiatives to keep your guest rooms and all public places clean. We are wiping down all high touch areas throughout the day, we have removed all decorative bedding from the guest room, we use disinfectant cleaning materials for all guest rooms, we are allowing at least 24 hours between guestroom check-ins when available, and at the front desk, and we promote online prepayment for your guestroom. All employees and guests are asked to stay home should they feel unwell. If you have any special requests we are happy to accommodate them to put your mind at ease.
Fitness Center is currently open and we are monitoring it throughout the day, limiting occupancy to promote social distancing.

Marisol our restaurant is offering to go and room service for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can reach us by dialing "0" from your room phone or you can call us at 805.773.5000.
The Salt and Sundry our boutique is open, we have several food and drink options, as well as sundry items. 
DiaFeliz Spa is currently closed, however The Salt and Sundry is open to book future appointments beginning May 1st.

  • Enhanced cleaning protocols - We have increased the frequency of cleaning high touch areas across our property. We have removed all decorative bedding in the hotel guest rooms.
  • Additional antibacterial products - We have increased the quantity of sanitizers and disinfectant wipes available for customers and employees.
  • Staff Training - We continue to educate team members and share best practices for protecting our guests. We are also asking employees and potential guests with any flu-like symptoms to stay home and seek medical advice.
