This unique third floor oceanfront suite overlooks the water’s edge, this open-concept suite features expansive Pacific views and a private wrap-around balcony.
Lighthouse Suite
This unique top floor oceanfront suite is home to the hotel’s best-loved views. Its open-concept and panoramic scenery make this one of our finest ways to stay. The dramatic scenery can be seen from inside your room or out on your wrap-around balcony.
Edgewater Suite
This ground-level oceanfront suite is literally steps from the water's edge! Offering a private patio opening to our oceanfront lawn and spellbinding views from floor-to-ceiling windows. It is our largest dog-friendly suite.

Walk from your private patio directly onto the cliffside! These dog-friendly suites feature upgraded amenities while staying just steps from our beach.

Each room has a private Pool & Ocean View balcony overlooking the courtyard, pool, restaurant, and coastal ocean!
Cliffs Coastal Room
Located on our second floor or higher, these accommodations feature a private, north-facing balcony with views of the coastline up to Avila Bay from the balcony.
King Terrace Room
Step outside the sliding door which opens up to your private Courtyard Terrace. Just around the corner from our oceanfront lawn, these rooms are Dog Friendly!
Cliffs Classic Room
Our most affordable guestrooms are the perfect choice if you plan to spend most of your time outdoors. Dog-friendly options available.
Cliffs Accessible Room
We have three ADA compliant guestrooms, one pool facing, and two-non-view rooms close to the lobby. All rooms are on the second floor (lobby level). The rooms can be reserved via phone at 805.773.5000 or through the book now section of the website.

All of our ground level rooms and suites are are dog-friendly! Each provide easy access to cliffside and beach walks.

Oceanfront Ground Floor Suites
Options Available in Cliffs Classic Rooms
Dog Fee $60 per night for the first 3 nights (max $180). The fee covers specialty housekeeping for furry friends. Your room is also set for VIPs (Very Important Pups) with a doggie bed, water bowl, and dog treats.
