CLIFFSMAS EXTRAVAGANZA
Santa, elves, carolers - oh my! Kick off the season with the ultimate holiday party!
The holidays are here and the Cliffs is starting with a BIG extravaganza to celebrate! Meet us at Marisol’s holiday pop-up restaurant for an evening of festivities. Warm up at the hot chocolate station (option to make it boozy!) with a side of Christmas cookies ready for dunking. We’re bringing in the elves and the big man himself for your first photo with Santa (5:30pm - 6:30pm). Then sing-along to your favorite holiday tunes with a gaggle of carolers (6:30pm - 7:30pm).
This is a free family friendly public event. We welcome hotel guests and locals to join us for the festivities! No reservations required.

Marisol at the Cliffs is transforming into a fabulous winter wonderland and Pismo Beach’s best holiday-themed restaurant! Come ready to snap your Instagram worthy holiday photos - dance alongside a lifesize Nutcracker and hold hands in our dazzling wintery forest. Dive into extra festive cocktails and desserts that will get even the greenest grinch in the holiday spirit.
Join us for dinner to experience Executive Chef Troy’s daily farmers market menu. Chef highlights the freshest winter ingredients from SLOCAL’s locally grown produce, meats, and seafood. With a new exciting dish each week, every visit will be a new adventure!

Marisol Restaurant hosts a special Christmas Eve Dinner famous and legendary with locals and visitors.
Savor your favorites from our specially crafted Christmas Eve menu that will ignite the holiday cheer in every bite. Pair dinner with our hand-picked selection of local wines and festive holiday cocktails. Then end the night with a delicious slice of your choice of house baked pies by our in-house pastry chef. NEW YEARS EVE DINNER
Celebrate the end of 2023 with a delectable 4-course dinner set to the stunning California coastline.
Experience the sun setting over the California coastline marking the end of the last day of 2023! Celebrate with a beautiful 4-course dinner curated by Executive Chef Troy offering seasonal favorites and comforting classics from land and sea. Each guest will receive a glass of champagne or sparkling cider during dinner to toast the year past and the one ahead. For reservations after 7pm, all dinner guests also receive an all access pass to our New Years Eve Party. Welcome the new year in style at the Cliffs!

Enjoy new years eve favors and top it off with a midnight champagne toast for everyone!
