If you booked online, we will call you to review details of the appointment(s) and to secure credit card information to hold the appointments. If we do not hear back from you with the proper information, the appointments will be cancelled.

Should you need to change or cancel your appointment we require 24-hours notice and 48 hours notice for groups of 3+ and holiday dates.

Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged at full treatment price. A late arrival will reduce your scheduled treatment time. If you have any questions, we are delighted to assist you by calling, 805-773-5000 ext. 862.

Upon arrival at The Cliffs Hotel and Spa, simply pull up to the front entrance, where our valet team will be ready to assist you. Let them know you’re visiting The Spa at The Cliffs, and they’ll take care of parking your vehicle.
