ROOM CHARGES
We’re happy to help you pre-pay for guestroom charges. Please have the guest’s name and reservation number available when you finalize online charges. Please note, all guests are required to provide their own credit card at check-in regardless of prepayment status.
Pre-payments for room charges must be submitted at least 72 hours before arrival. Pre-payments submitted after that will not be accepted and the guest will be responsible for payment upon arrival. This helps prevent credit card fraud and protects our guests’ privacy. Amenity pre-payments will be accepted until the day of arrival.
SPA CHARGES
Cut the stress from your spa day and pay for your treatment ahead of time.
Please refer to your confirmation email sent from The Spa at the Cliffs to have the following information ready: Name(s) of guest(s) receiving treatment(s), date of scheduled spa treatment(s), and cost of service(s).
