Sunset Remembrance Package

A simple yet meaningful way to honor a loved one. Gather together as the beautiful Pacific sunset provides a peaceful backdrop for reflection and remembrance. Ideal for 10–75 guests.

  • Event begins 30-45 minutes before sunset:
    • Guest arrival & mingling
    • Speeches by family member or clergy
  • Watch the sun set over the horizon: Moments of silence in loving memory
  • After sunset: Thank you speech by family member or clergy
  • Before dark: Mingling & final farewells

Package Includes:

  • Use of the Oceanfront Main Lawn for up to 2 hours, including a private sunset viewing (no seating or outdoor lighting included)

Oceanside Tribute package

With relaxed seating and setup on our oceanfront lawn, this package creates a seaside setting for friends and family to share stories and honor someone who cherished the sea. Ideal for 50 – 300 guests.

  • 1pm – 1:45pm: Guest arrival and welcome refreshments
  • 1:45pm – 2:15pm: Program
    • Start with a family member welcome speech
    • 2-3 Planned speeches
    • Open mic opportunity
    • Closing speech
  • 2:15pm – 3:30pm: Mingling and main refreshments
  • 3:30pm – 3:45pm: Mingling & final farewells

Sample Timeline:

  • 2pm: Arrival for set-up
  • 3pm – 4:30pm: Guest arrival, mingling, and welcome refreshments
  • 4:15pm – 4:25pm: Lights dim in ballroom and slideshow plays
  • 4:25pm – 5:00pm: Opening speech, family speeches, open mic, and closing speech
  • 5:00pm – 6:00pm: Mingling & final farewells
